WHY A TRIP TO CHINA IS WORTH MORE THAN A HUNDRED EMAILS
A note of candor: A factory visit is not a substitute for a technical inspection or legal review. It helps you quickly find the right partners for the next steps.

Direct discussions on the factory floor, an assessment of production capabilities, and open dialogue with technical managers.
FOUR TRIP FORMATS—TAILORED TO YOUR GOALS
01
Factory visit
Visit 3–5 manufacturers in one region. We shortlist, schedule, and accompany you. Typical regions: Guangdong, Zhejiang, Shandong, and Hebei. According to OpenVan.camp, Shandong/Rongcheng is the largest production and export hub.
02
Trade fair trip
Trade fairs such as the Shanghai RV Show or motorhome fairs in Beijing. Trade fair days, meetings with manufacturers, and nearby factory visits.
03
Delegation trip
For associations and dealer groups. A shared program, networking evenings, an interpreter team, and press support if desired.
04
Executive trip (1–3 people)
Short, focused, and confidential. Two or three target companies, peer-to-peer negotiations, and maximum flexibility.
We charge a professional fee for consulting, planning, and on-the-ground support.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How much does a business trip to China cost?
The price depends on group size, duration, hotel category, and itinerary. We charge a professional fee. You book and pay for flights, hotels, and transfers directly with the providers. After a free initial consultation, you will receive a proposal.
How long does a business trip take?
Usually 4–8 days on the ground. For a factory visit covering three to five manufacturers, we recommend at least five days. China is a very large country, so you may need to allow for longer travel times between destinations.
Do I need a visa?
Entry rules for German citizens have changed several times in recent years. When you inquire, we will provide the latest information; the binding guidance is that issued by the German Federal Foreign Office and the Chinese Embassy. We can assist with up-to-date entry and visa information.
Will you travel with us?
Yes. Our tour leaders and interpreters will accompany you in person from the first day to the last in China, unless you prefer otherwise.
Can I travel alone or with one other person?
Absolutely. Our Executive Focus format is designed specifically for 1 to 3 people.
Which cities and regions will we visit?
Typical hubs include Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Hangzhou, though the itinerary also depends on your industry. For motorhomes, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Shandong, and Hebei are typical destinations.
Do you guarantee business deals?
No. We arrange the right meetings; you and your partner decide whether a deal is made.
How much does the service cost?
We charge a professional fee and prepare a proposal after a briefing. Federal and state programs are available for trade fair participation. To find out whether and how they apply to your trip, please consult your local Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) or state agency.
