OUR ROLE
LAILAIQU is not a travel agency. We advise, plan, and facilitate connections. You enter into contracts for travel, hotels, flights, and other services directly with the respective service providers.
Pricing. Our offers are intended exclusively for businesses and institutions (B2B). All prices are exclusive of statutory VAT.
Travel expenses. Travel expenses (e.g., flights, trains, hotels, visas, and interpreter expenses) are not included in our fees. They are reimbursed based on actual costs against receipts or paid directly by you to the providers.
Exhibition stands and appointments. Stand bookings, stand construction, and tickets are handled through the organizer or your stand builder. Trade fair dates may change; the information provided by the organizers is authoritative.
No guarantee of results. We conduct conversations and make introductions. We cannot guarantee deals, orders, or dealer agreements.

Can I exhibit at Caravan Salon without being there myself?
Yes. We represent your brand at appointments and during walkthroughs, together with a local partner if you wish. A dedicated exhibition stand must be booked separately with the organizer.
How much does the service cost?
Project-based fees plus travel expenses. We prepare a proposal based on your briefing.
Do you handle stand organization?
We coordinate; stand bookings are handled through the organizer or your stand builder.
Do you also provide interpreting at trade fairs in China?
Yes. We accompany European delegations to RV trade fairs in Shanghai and Beijing and provide negotiation support and specialist interpreting (DE/EN/ZH).
Do you produce trade fair films?
Yes. Through NAMUBA MEDIA, we handle media production, creating aftermovies, walkarounds, and interviews for websites, trade fair channels, and social media.
Do you guarantee orders?
No, we do not guarantee specific sales, but we do provide professional market development, qualified dealer contacts, and confidence in intercultural negotiations.
